Kristina L. Greenway

Vice President Kristina Greenway is a Ft. Lauderdale, FL native and attended Broward Junior College and then Austin Peay State University on a volleyball scholarship. Kristina met her husband and eventual business partner, John, who was on a baseball scholarship. After matriculating from college, Kristina relocated to Knoxville, married, and then raised her two sons in the West Hills area. She spent many years doing volunteering and entrepreneurial endeavors, such as opening a new greeting card line called Old Grouch™. She, not yet finished with her education also attended Lincoln Memorial University where she earned dual master’s degrees. Kristina is passionate about learning and helping others. She is a visionary, and this gift has been especially valuable to her work at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. Kristina has been committed to helping others in the field of crime scene and biohazard cleanup. She has achieved one of the highest certifications in bloodborne pathogen and biohazard cleanup through American BioRecovery Association (ABRA) by completing her Certified BioRecovery Masters (CBRM). She holds the office of Vice President of ABRA and is proactive in educating other companies of this nonprofit Educational Association. Emphasis is placed upon interfacing with empathy in the aftermath of crimes and accidents, not just the technical aspects. Kristina also holds active Certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water restoration (WRT), fire & smoke remediation (FSRT), and advanced microbial remediation (AMART). Kristina has always been passionate about helping people; in fact, her life's mission can be best defined with one statement: “Helping others in their time of need is one of life’s greatest privileges”™.

John A. Greenway

President John Greenway was raised in Northwest Knoxville after his parents relocated to find work at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He attended Central High School. John is quite the athlete and earned a Baseball scholarship to Roane State Community College in Harriman, TN. As co-captain, he was instrumental in leading his team to victory in the state championship. He then gained a Baseball scholarship to Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN where he also achieved Academic All American honors. He had the great fortune of meeting his future wife Kristina who was on volleyball scholarship from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. John transferred to the University of Tennessee to Complete his B.S. in Education. John is the proud father of two sons. He was employed for 18 years with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a sales rep and advanced to become a District Manager. John has earned WRT water restoration technician, ASD applied structural drying and CDS certifications. With John’s training and experience, he holds an essential position in the SERVPRO Commercial Large Loss Division.

Lisa Breuer

Lisa Breuer, as Office Manager and leader of our office staff, oversees performance in all accounting and administrative activities. She guides the office. She also ensures that all job files are accurately audited and contain all required documentation. Lisa aids in the development and implementation of our annual office administration plan and budget to automate and improve office productivity. Ms. Breuer manages and promotes customer satisfaction including the resolution of customer complaints. Lisa has over 30 years office experience with more than half of those in accounting, and many of those at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. Of course, she has earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Ms. Breuer is married and is the proud mother of two children. She likes biking, camping, walking, camping, and all things family. Lynn Carter

Mr. Carter is our Catastrophic Loss Specialist at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. Fortunately, catastrophic losses are not common, but they do occur. Lynn is the expert you will want in your corner if you should ever experience such a disaster. He has the skill set and compassion to help you put your life back together and make you feel "Like it never even happened."

Lynn is also responsible for conducting the business relationships with our commercial clients and residential customers in the Loudon and Lenoir City areas. He handles the sales process while interfacing with our clients to guarantee the project is completed on time and to their satisfaction. Lynn is a native of Knoxville and actively networks with the local business community. Casin Chandler

Casin Chandler was promoted to Production Manager at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties and has many years of experience in Water Damage Restoration. Mr. Chandler also helps with Fire & Smoke Restoration. He has earned certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): WRT, CCT & ASD. We can arrive at your Knoxville property 24/7 to correct any water damage issues that may bubble up. Casin hails from Olivehurst, CA and enjoys hunting and fishing in his off time. The most important ingredient in his life is his family. Casin has one daughter Robin and two grandchildren, Lil' Robert and Donda.

Rocky Glenn

Rocky Glenn, Team Leader, has been described as being “The Rock” of an organization as a testimony of his commitment to accountability, quality, and integrity. With a career covering over twenty years working in the service industry, Rocky has held numerous management positions varying from production manager to general manager. A key attribute is his strong passion, drive, and commitment to superior customer service. His responsibilities also include ensuring job files meet standards required by SERVPRO’s national clients. Rocky hails from South Knoxville and is WRT certified. Rocky has been with SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties since October of 2013. Bryan Green

Bryan Green is a Crew Chief. Our SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties congratulates Bryan for his service in the United States Marine Corps. He was raised in East Tennessee and participated in many sports. We are very pleased with how Bryan conducts his duties which include the scheduling of daily jobs, coordinating production on all jobs, ensure that safety precautions are followed, and submit weekly reports to summarize production activities. He oversees all fire damage issues in Loudon, Lenoir City, Kingston, Harriman, and the surrounding areas.

Sean Greenway

Sean Greenway is a Key Account Manager at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties and was formerly a crew chief. Sean was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Greenway attended Bearden High School where he played baseball all four years. It runs in the family as he received a scholarship to Roane State Community College where played for two years. Sean completed his education up to this time at the University of Tennessee. He has been a part of SERVPRO since it was opened in 2008. Sean is responsible for cleanup and restoration of water damage and fire damage repair. He is detailed oriented and has good communication skills with both office staff and our customers. Sean supervises the production technicians for all water and fire losses as well as general and specialized cleaning. He is IICRC WRT Water Damage Restoration Certified and Lead Certified. Diona Johnson

Diona Johnson is the Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. She has been a staff member since October 2016. Her favorite part of the job is working every day with knowledgeable, respectable, and awesome people! Diona has earned a BA degree in Fine Arts and a minor in communications. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, movies, family time, traveling and driving adventures.

Jason Kozel

Jason Kozel, promoted to Sr. Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties, is married with two children. He likes basketball and spending quality time with his family. Jason's duties include the scheduling of daily jobs, coordinating production on all jobs, ensure safety precautions are carried out and submit weekly reports to summarize production activities. Donald McNair

Donald McNair is a Technician at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties and has been an important part of our team since December 2016. He takes pride in going out, working hard, and getting the job done right. Donald hails from Knoxville and enjoys meeting new people, including our customers. In his spare time, Donald enjoys resting and taking it easy.

Jason Miller

Jason Miller is a Key Account Manager and has many job responsibilities. His communicating and setting appropriate expectations for the residential and commercial customer, as well as insurance personnel, are key aspects of his daily tasks. Jason completes industry-specific paperwork in the field using an iPad, managing field crews, and subcontractors. He helps training new field personnel, & proper time management of each job while ensuring work is completed per industry standards. He holds an ECTP Certificate and is a Loudon County HS alumn and the University of Tennessee. He has over 20 years of industry and sales experience. Jason lives in Farragut, TN is married to Kendra and is blessed with three lovely children. Jason has been with SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties since December 2014.

Alex Oakes

Alex Oakes is our Estimator/Project Manager at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. He was locally born in Knoxville, Tennessee and is married to an all-around amazing wife. They have welcomed their son into their family. Alex has experience in the restoration industry and is certified by the IICRC in both Water Restoration WRT and Structural Drying ASD. "It gives me great joy to help people in need after a disaster has struck," he said. He enjoys UT Football, a Vols fan all the way, movies, and spending time with friends and family. Chuck Peterson

As Operations Manager Chuck Peterson is available 24/7/7 days a week and is ready to restore your damaged home or commercial structure. Mark Sykes

Mark Sykes as an Estimator/Project Manager provides cost-effective, sensible and expert solutions to problems. He gives estimating and documentation that depicts our company in a thorough, professional and successful light. Mark communicates timely and accurate information to clients in a compassionate and reassuring manner. Mr. Sykes's Duties include Handling of emergency calls and quality control QC. He has over 12 years experience in water and fire restoration. Before coming to SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties, he was a contractor and remodeler. With almost 20 years as Regional Service Director with a Fortune 1000 Medical Equip, his leadership is invaluable. Mark is completing a Bachelors Degree in Knoxville. Tim Visser

Tim Visser is a Production Manager for SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. He leads Field Supervisors and Crew Chiefs in all aspects of their field assignments. Tim works at securing the job and communicating and setting appropriate expectations for our residential and commercial customers. Tim is very hands in the field with crews and subcontractors and trains new field personnel. He monitors for proper time management of each job while assuring work is executed per industry standards. He lives in Seymour, TN and is formerly from Canadian Lakes, Michigan. We are blessed to have a former volunteer firefighter and EMT on our team. Mr. Visser has many years of residential construction and fire and water mitigation experience and expertise. He started working with SERVPRO after 6.5 years with Paul Davis Restoration. Nick Lee

Nick Lee joined SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties in 2016 as a Crew Chief and is now a Production Manager. Nick has WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician) certifications from the IICRC and enjoys aiding customers in their time of need. In his free time, Nick enjoys building things and watching and cheering for the Vols at his home in Knoxville, TN.
